Meet Zack Shields

I am a second generation real estate agent and have been in the business for over 10 years from Orlando to Silicon Valley and then returning back to Central Florida. My experience in my career in multiple markets has given me incredible insight into the needs for buyers and sellers and how to best serve them.

Anybody can open a door for you. Anybody can search Redfin, Zillow, or Realtor.com. That takes no expertise and is unfortunately what many agents have to offer home buyers and sellers. What I enjoy most about working for buyers is uncovering hidden inventory that they wouldn't find without a committed agent playing matchmaker and working hard for them to find opportunities that are not public. To me, the treasure hunt of finding the right home is what is most exciting! For sellers, I pride myself in unparalleled marketing utilizing all of the latest technology such as 3D virtual tours, pay per click and retargeting ads, high definition online marketing and much more!

Prior to returning to Orlando I spent 7+ years in Silicon Valley, one of the toughest real estate markets in the country, where I sold over $200 million worth of homes. I bring a unique perspective on how to sell a home for the most money in the shortest amount of time. For buyers, I have learned the best ways to get an offer accepted in an extremely competitive environment, by applying the best principles I have learned in my multi-market career.

I am also a real estate investor, owning and operating several short term vacation rentals in the Smoky Mountains. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends enjoying local theme parks and all that Central Florida has to offer. I am a big sports fan of my alma mater, UCF, and frequently attend UCF sporting events. I am a musician, frequent traveler and lover of all things real estate.

Our first meeting with Zack, he explained to us his style of working and the entire home buying process to us first-time buyers. He was extremely patient as we bombarded him our questions, a quality that we have come to appreciate a lot in our experience with him. Our home buying process was not easy. I can’t stress enough that us, as buyers, are very difficult to deal with, and Zack has given the best service to us which speaks volumes about his character. He is always smiling and it shows the love he has for his work. More importantly, he never pushed us to close the deal ASAP, rather he focused on finding homes that met our needs.

"My wife and I worked with Zack to purchase our first home and we really can’t say enough good things about him. The first thing Zack did was give us a crash course in real estate buying and was very thorough in answering every concern we had.
